For 10+ years, we've been promising Auntie Sol that we would come visit her in San Francisco, and we were finally able to come! It was SO nice to be there with her, especially being far from home for so long. We did what we always do when we're with family: hang out and eat lots of Filipino food! I was also able to get some laundry done. After a nice visit at her house,she took us around town. We visited the Golden Gate Bridge and ate ice cream at the Ghiradelli shop. We were going to visit the really crooked road, but the road to get there VERY scary-it was almost completely vertical (or so it seemed to me!) Luckily, the street was really busy, so we didn't have to go! Visiting with Auntie was one of our favorite days!
