Ballard

Today is our last day in Seattle. We wanted to go to Ballard before we left, so we just had to squeeze it in. We took the kids to the Salmon locks at one of the prettiest parks I've ever seen. It was so neat seeing the salmon swimming upstream, then they climb man-made "ladders" and end up swimming up a place where they can be viewed from behind glass! It was really cool. We didn't get to stay long, but we're grateful we were able to go! The weather has turned cold and dreary and we're very excited about it!
