We set the traps this morning and left for the day. We are SO over the rat, the broken RV, Salinas... We headed north (again), this time to San Jose. We spent a long while at our favorite book store and then had a late lunch/early dinner at our favorite soup and salad bar. We returned to the shop and learned that the RV will not be fixed today, so we’re going home in the car. Rich left to go buy an ice chest, coffee, and yet more traps. We decided that we just couldn’t use the sticky traps, it seems so inhumane. So they were replaced with huge monstrous rat traps (hey, at least it’ll happen quickly). We’re almost packed and ready to go, CAN’T WAIT to get home.
