H O T

I'm drained. Exhausted. So is Rich. So are the kids. It was unbelievably hot today. When we lived in Vegas, we expected such hot days in the middle of summer. Not in L.A. The temperature rarely deviates from highs ranging from 68-82 throughout the year. That's one of the reasons we put up with the traffic and the smog and the earthquakes... Although September and October tend to be some of the hotter months, today was ridiculous. Today was the hottest day on record- 113 degrees downtown. It was miserable. The good news is, it should cool down by a couple degrees tomorrow. yeah.
